Completely hand-made from scratch, I sculpted the shape and decorated it with black pleather, up-cycled jewelry, Swarovski crystals, chains, crystal trim and black feathers. There are four "horns": two in the front lined with black chain, two in the back that are lined with black feathers. The inside contains a layer of thin foam which helps make it comfortable to wear. It is held in place by its shape, as well as by an adjustable black elastic strap that can go under the hair at the back of your head. A silver-black serpent sits coiled in the center of your forehead.
I would recommend this headpiece for medium or smaller size heads - the circumference of my head is 22 and 3/4 inches and I can comfortably wear it for an hour or two, but it does feel a little snug. I usually wear a size Large in hats - so if you consider yourself a medium or small head size, or if you can measure your head and make sure you're no bigger than 22.75 inch circumference, that's best.

Most pieces ship within 1-5 business days. For made-to-order pieces or items requiring specific sizing, delivery takes around 10 business days (2 weeks). We'll email you as soon as your order ships with tracking information. We're getting faster all the time too!
Why does it take this long? Because we make pieces to order in small batches in NYC, not pulled from a warehouse. This ensures quality and reduces waste.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

International: We offer carrier-calculated rates via USPS and DHL Express.

At Michelle Palmer, each garment is crafted to reflect elegance, precision, and luxury. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase — which is why we cover return shipping if a piece doesn't fit the way you hoped.
Return & Exchange Window: Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, as shown by the carrier's tracking information. This gives you time to receive your order and try it on at home.
Eligibility Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and free of stains, odors, and damage. All original packaging must be intact. Michelle Palmer reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Exchanges: Permitted for size adjustments or an alternate item of equal or greater value, subject to availability. If the new item is of greater value, the difference is due at the time of exchange.
Returns: Approved returns will be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Store credit never expires.
Final Sale Items (not eligible for return or exchange): Custom sizing requests, custom colorways, accessories, and undergarments.
Return Process: Email mpalmer@michelle-palmer.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.
Quality Assurance: Any claims of defects or damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographic documentation.
