Why does it take this long? Because we make pieces to order in small batches in NYC, not pulled from a warehouse. This ensures quality and reduces waste.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

United States: Free Economy shipping

International: We offer carrier-calculated rates via USPS and DHL Express.

Return & Exchange Window: Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, as shown by the carrier's tracking information. This gives you time to receive your order and try it on at home.

Eligibility Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and free of stains, odors, and damage. All original packaging must be intact. Michelle Palmer reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Exchanges: Permitted for size adjustments or an alternate item of equal or greater value, subject to availability. If the new item is of greater value, the difference is due at the time of exchange.

Returns: Approved returns will be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Store credit never expires.

Final Sale Items (not eligible for return or exchange): Custom sizing requests, custom colorways, accessories, and undergarments.

Return Process: Email mpalmer@michelle-palmer.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.

Quality Assurance: Any claims of defects or damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographic documentation.
