This is a large, gorgeous, dramatic, yet comfortable and not-too-heavy floral burst headdress. It won the award for Best Headpiece at New York City's National Arts Club in April 2022. The base is light and has a strap that goes under your hair at the back of your head. There is also a clear (not visible) strap that goes under the chin, if you want to wear this for dancing!
The main feature is tons of white and light green silk flowers, branches and leaves bursting from all over. Hydrangea, wisteria, orchids, dogwood and more. There are gold metal filigree medallions and decorations on the front, and Swarovski and vintage crystal beads strung by hand along the edge over the forehead.
The base is covered in gold woven metallic fabric. There are four strings of crystal beads with gold metal leaves that dangle on either side of the face, flattering and highlighting the face and shoulders.

Most pieces ship within 1-5 business days. For made-to-order pieces or items requiring specific sizing, delivery takes around 10 business days (2 weeks). We'll email you as soon as your order ships with tracking information. We're getting faster all the time too!
Why does it take this long? Because we make pieces to order in small batches in NYC, not pulled from a warehouse. This ensures quality and reduces waste.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

United States: Free Economy shipping
International: We offer carrier-calculated rates via USPS and DHL Express.

At Michelle Palmer, each garment is crafted to reflect elegance, precision, and luxury. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase — which is why we cover return shipping if a piece doesn't fit the way you hoped.
Return & Exchange Window: Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date, as shown by the carrier's tracking information. This gives you time to receive your order and try it on at home.
Eligibility Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, and free of stains, odors, and damage. All original packaging must be intact. Michelle Palmer reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Exchanges: Permitted for size adjustments or an alternate item of equal or greater value, subject to availability. If the new item is of greater value, the difference is due at the time of exchange.
Returns: Approved returns will be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Store credit never expires.
Final Sale Items (not eligible for return or exchange): Custom sizing requests, custom colorways, accessories, and undergarments.
Return Process: Email mpalmer@michelle-palmer.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of approval.
Quality Assurance: Any claims of defects or damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographic documentation.
